Requirements

• Ford Master Technician certification
• 5+ years of automotive experience
• Strong diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license

• Ford dealership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex Ford vehicle issues
• Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, and drivability work
• Lead difficult repair cases and support other technicians
• Deliver high-quality work that meets Ford Motor Company standards
