The Marketplace Senior New Business Development Manager, Alliances drives the growth of Marketplace through Strategic Partnerships. This role owns the end-to-end Agency and Strategic Partner program, from identifying and securing new partners to scaling and optimizing ongoing performance. Key responsibilities include developing and executing Agency and other Strategic Partner acquisition strategies, leading structured onboarding programs, and designing scalable enablement resources that clearly articulate the Marketplace value proposition and ideal seller profiles. The role serves as the primary point of contact for Agency and Strategic Partner enablement, ensuring partners are equipped with the training, tools, and insights needed to generate high-quality, partner-sourced leads. In close partnership with Sales Operations, this leader supports lead flow processes, measures partner effectiveness, and continuously refines enablement strategies to improve performance. The role also leads training sessions, educational forums, and informational programs to drive Agency and Strategic Partner engagement, productivity, and measurable business outcomes for Marketplace.
