About The Position

The Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, designing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies and creative assets to drive member acquisition, product adoption, engagement, and retention. This role involves monitoring market conditions, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for products, positioning, and pricing. The specialist will conduct regular reviews of offerings to ensure competitiveness and alignment with member needs. Collaboration with member experience and business development teams is key to effectively positioning and promoting products and services for organizational growth. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with internal and external partners to identify high-value consumer segments and to develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall product performance.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience of marketing experience in the financial services industry with demonstrated success in member/customer acquisition, product marketing, and strategic positioning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of consumer banking, payments, money management products, and related services.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer/member-focused with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
