About The Position

We're seeking a seasoned, strategic Integrated Marketing Project Leader to own the operational strategy behind our marketing organization. This is a senior leadership role responsible for building and running the project management function itself — designing the processes, leading the team, and setting the standard for how marketing initiatives move from idea to execution across Quick Quack Car Wash. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Growth Marketing, you'll partner directly with senior marketing leadership to translate business priorities into a scalable project pipeline, manage a team of project managers, and serve as the connective tissue between marketing, cross-functional partners, and external vendors. This position can be a hybrid or fully remote position depending on where the candidate is located.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or related field
6+ years of project management experience in a marketing or advertising environment, including experience managing or mentoring other project managers
Proven track record building or scaling a marketing project management function, process, or workflow from the ground up
Demonstrated success leading and developing a team, including hiring and performance management
Deep understanding of marketing workflows across creative production, digital marketing, brand, events, and media
Experience managing strategic partner relationships
Excellent executive communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
Advanced proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, or similar) including tool selection and rollout
Ability to manage a complex, multi-project portfolio and stay composed under pressure
Experience with analytics, performance tracking, and campaign reporting
If you are tasked to drive as a part of this role, then it is required that you have a clean driving record and a current Driver's License that is not suspended or expired.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a marketing project management process and workflow — from kickoff to completion — that is flexible, scalable, and efficient as the organization grows
Successfully communicate and align with all teams within marketing, and work cross-functionally with other departments at Quick Quack Car Wash and external vendor partners
Oversee prioritization and capacity planning across the full portfolio of marketing initiatives, balancing competing priorities, resourcing, and timelines at a program level
Serve as the primary point of contact to senior leadership on project status, risks, and resourcing decisions, representing the operational health of the marketing function
Own the selection, implementation, and optimization of project management tools and reporting dashboards used across the marketing organization
Champion adoption of new processes and tools across the marketing team, managing change and continuously evolving workflows to match business needs
Own risk identification and mitigation at the program level, serving as the final escalation point when projects are off track and making resourcing or scope trade-off calls
Define and report on operational KPIs — including on-time delivery and team capacity/utilization — to demonstrate the effectiveness of the marketing operations function
Partner with Operations teams to coordinate marketing support for new location openings, regional promotions and companywide promotions to ensure corporate marketing projects translate smoothly to the local level
Own resource and schedule traffic across the team, matching task assignments to availability and skillset to hit deadlines without overloading any one person.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of marketing project managers including hiring, performance management, and career growth
