As a senior operations leader on this team, you will serve as the bridge between marketing and engineering, driving end-to-end campaign execution, shaping platform strategy, and building the systems that power personalized communication at scale. This role sits at the forefront of how Lyft communicates with its customers, piloting AI-driven personalization, influencing the communication product roadmap, and helping define how Lyft connects with millions of riders and drivers across new channels and global markets.
