Service Center CSCS TX Job Description Own the configuration, maintenance, and performance of marketing platforms including CRM, CDP, CMS, VOC and analytics tools. Manage integrations between marketing systems and other business platforms as needed. Evaluate new technologies and lead implementation projects to enhance marketing capabilities. Partner closely with IT, Intake and other cross-functional teams to guide, maintain and enhance the Martech stack Serve as the primary administrator for marketing tools, managing user access, permissions, and system updates. Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with vendors and/or IT for resolution. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and best practices. Ensure customer data integrity across platforms through regular audits and hygiene practices. Collaborate with IT and other data teams to define and enforce data and security standards, taxonomy, and opt-in/out compliance. Improve marketing workflows by partnering closely with the team, discovering key need-states and enhancing tools. Train marketing team members on platform usage and new features as needed. Identify opportunities to improve marketing team efficiency and scalability.
