We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our team and help scale our go-to-market engine. In this role, you’ll own the marketing tech stack, ensure data accuracy, optimize processes, and enable the marketing organization to drive measurable impact on pipeline and revenue. You’ll partner closely with demand generation, field, brand, product marketing, and revenue operations to ensure campaigns run smoothly, leads are effectively nurtured and routed, and marketing performance is tracked with precision. This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring technical expertise, analytical thinking, and a passion for building scalable systems that empower growth. You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, technology, data, and process—making sure the marketing “machine” runs efficiently and enabling creative and go-to-market teams to deliver measurable results. You’ll combine analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to scale processes, leverage AI and automation, and ensure every initiative drives business impact.
