About The Position

Making videos is easy, but making them work for your business? That’s where Wistia shines. Our end-to-end platform gives businesses the tools to create, host, share, and analyze videos and webinars, all in one place. We’re a growing, profitable company with tens of thousands of paying customers and over half a million active accounts. Our mission? To be the go-to video platform for businesses. And we know that mission starts with a team that feels valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work. The Senior Marketing Operations Manager turns marketing strategy into reliable execution. You’ll design the processes, systems, and data flows that let our marketers launch campaigns faster, measure impact, and iterate confidently so we can reach, engage, and convert more of the right customers. Who You’ll Work With Demand Gen, Lifecycle Marketing, and Product Marketing (day-to-day). Close partners with Sales Operations (lead routing & handoffs) and BI/Analytics (dashboards & shared metrics). What It’s Like Working on This Team Pragmatic, collaborative, and documentation-first. We simplify before we scale, automate the repetitive, and keep definitions clear so execution is smooth across teams. You’ll have autonomy, real ownership, and strong partners who care about outcomes. Own high-leverage systems (HubSpot, GA4 + integrations) that unlock faster, cleaner campaign execution. Shape lifecycle design end-to-end from capture to routing to Sales acceptance so nothing falls through the cracks. Build trusted marketing metrics with BI so leaders see what’s working and where to invest next. Reduce toil through automation and tight documentation, creating durable impact across GTM.
