About The Position

Foundation is an AI visibility marketing agency that drives pipeline growth for mid-market and enterprise B2B tech and SaaS companies. We help our clients generate pipeline through content engineered to distribute across LLMs, search, social, communities like Reddit, and every channel their buyers actually use. We're hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to run Foundation's own marketing — the same playbook we sell to clients, applied to ourselves. You'll own demand generation, content distribution, and the brand surface area that turns Foundation into the obvious choice when a B2B company is shopping for a partner to help them with AI visibility. This is a builder seat. You'll set the strategy, run the calendar, write or commission the work, and ship it across every channel that matters. You'll have execution support underneath you, but the thinking is yours.

Requirements

  • Experience running marketing for a B2B agency, B2B SaaS company, or B2B services firm with ownership of the pipeline number. Agency-side experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to build a content and distribution program.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to think clearly on the page.
  • Experience with SEO, GEO, and AI search as part of a content mix, understanding of the channel in 2026.
  • Some experience with paid social or paid search with a real budget.

Responsibilities

  • Own Foundation's inbound pipeline, specifically qualified opportunities sourced from marketing.
  • Manage the content engine including blog, newsletter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, podcast appearances, partner content, and GEO surface area inside LLMs.
  • Oversee the distribution layer, including repurposing, syndication, community seeding, and paid amplification.
  • Manage the brand's market presence, including voice, point of view, and positioning against competitors.
  • Provide monthly reporting on marketing performance, identifying what's working, what's not, and areas for focus.
