Develops and leads the marketing strategy for small business banking advertising to deliver customer-centric, multi-channel marketing programs that drive growth, engagement, and business outcomes. Defines and sets creative direction across a portfolio of products, leading the development and execution of marketing and creative strategies from concept through delivery. Uses segment-specific marketing strategies and media in collaboration with agencies, product, sales, and technical teams to launch and scale marketing programs. Identifies and communicates key performance indicators to ensure strategies drive positive return on investment and are continuously optimized. Influences senior stakeholders and partners to align on strategic direction and achieve enterprise priorities. Adapts plans and priorities to address agility, resource, and operational considerations while ensuring all marketing efforts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and bank policies.
