The Senior Marketing Manager – Pursuit & Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Americas plays a critical role in accelerating strategic pursuits and improving opportunity conversion across priority accounts in the Americas. Working closely with Sales, Pursuit Leads, Account Development and Marketing teams, you will design and deliver high-impact pursuit marketing and ABM programs that influence customer decisions, strengthen Worley’s brand presence, and improve win rates. In this role, you’ll partner with account owners, SMEs and cross functional teams to shape compelling value propositions, develop customer centric messaging, and deliver tailored marketing assets aligned to Worley’s global brand narrative. Success in this role requires strong strategic marketing capability, commercial acumen, and the ability to thrive in fast paced, deadline driven environments.
