About The Position

This role will manage projects from end to end to meet deadlines and client deliverables. Key skills are the ability to manage long-term strategic communication projects, as well as quick turn-around assignments. High-level verbal and written communications skills necessary to consult on communication planning with all management levels and to direct development of marketing materials with project team. Must have the ability to deliver engaging and effective presentations which demonstrate and differentiate Corebridge communication and education capabilities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and analyze instructions/requests and execute with precision.
  • Capable of identifying problems, gathering relevant data, analyzing facts, and drawing sound conclusions/solutions.
  • Able to make informed recommendations that align with strategic goals.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work within a fast-paced, highly collaborative team utilizing various tools to achieve work output, including email blast system, Salesforce, SharePoint, Adobe Professional, and Microsoft products.
  • Manage cross-organizational ad-hoc projects, communicating needs and impacts as they relate to Field Marketing.
  • Manage high-volume marketing support for financial professionals, executing B2C marketing strategies including: Email Campaigns, Workshop promotion, Customization of marketing assets, Daily questions and mailbox management.
  • Understand and promote all communications sent to participants, plan sponsors and consultants.
  • Assist Field Leadership with plan sponsor communications and tools.
  • Uphold strict regulatory and compliance guidelines within all functions.
  • Manage day-to-day requests from financial professionals across the organization.
