This role is ideal for someone who excels at turning strategy into action, ensuring campaigns, signage, collateral, and community marketing assets are optimized for transition communities, delivered on time, on budget, and with a consistently high standard of quality. The Senior Marketing Manager will join a collaborative, fast-moving team where marketing plays a meaningful role in shaping the customer experience and supporting community success. The company values proactive, detail-oriented individuals energized by bringing complex projects to life with excellence. This role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact across multiple communities, partner with talented cross-functional teams, and help deliver marketing that drives results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, and at least 8 years of progressively responsible experience in marketing program management, campaign execution, or related marketing operations roles; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns, communities, timelines, and stakeholders at once.
  • Demonstrated experience managing marketing execution in a fast-paced, multi-location or multi-project environment.
  • Strong understanding of campaign workflows, creative production, signage coordination, vendor management, and budget tracking.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across marketing, sales, operations, and external partners.
  • Comfort using data and reporting to monitor progress, measure effectiveness, and recommend practical improvements.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering polished, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of integrated marketing plans across multiple communities and initiatives, ensuring campaigns are launched accurately, on schedule, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Own project management for marketing at scale by coordinating timelines, deliverables, approvals, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep work moving efficiently from planning through completion.
  • Monitor and optimize marketing for transition communities, ensuring messaging, creative assets, digital presence, and on-site collateral support the customer journey and sales goals.
  • Partner closely with community, sales, operations, and creative teams to confirm all signage, marketing materials, and promotional assets are installed, current, and consistent with brand standards.
  • Track budgets, invoices, and vendor performance to help ensure marketing initiatives are cost-effective, well-managed, and delivered within approved spend.
  • Establish clear priorities, project plans, and reporting cadences so teams remain aligned, risks are surfaced early, and deadlines are consistently met.
  • Use performance data, market feedback, and campaign results to recommend practical optimizations that improve execution and marketing effectiveness.
  • Support implementation of broader marketing strategies by translating direction into actionable plans rather than owning development of net-new enterprise strategy.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships and maintain ongoing relationships with agencies, printers, signage partners, and other vendors.
  • Lead, coach, and support marketing team members to drive accountability, collaboration, and high-quality execution.
