About The Position

MyPass Global is a B2B SaaS platform focused on workforce compliance within the mining, energy, oil and gas, and heavy industry sectors. Founded in Sydney in 2013, the company has established a significant network of organizations and verified workers across multiple continents. MyPass Global is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to execute its marketing strategy with precision. The ideal candidate will be adept at building and delivering to briefs, moving quickly, and possessing a natural curiosity about the role of AI in marketing. This role is a 6-month maternity leave cover position.

Requirements

  • B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or construction/industrial/resources sectors.
  • Proven track record of delivering events that generate pipeline.
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience, including nurture, attribution, and reporting.
  • Experience marketing to multi-stakeholder enterprise buying committees.
  • Ability to write and brief compelling, sector-specific content.
  • Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor without close day-to-day management.
  • Familiarity with ABM strategy and execution (1:1, 1:few models).
  • Strong project management skills.
  • AI-forward approach, already using AI tools to multiply output.
  • Experience in a scaling B2B environment with long sales cycles and technical buyers.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of the annual events calendar, including executive roundtables, conference fringe events, VIP dinners, and stakeholder-segmented webinars.
  • Manage venue sourcing, speakers, logistics, registrations, and post-event follow-up.
  • Coordinate quarterly executive engagement and roundtable formats to drive pipeline.
  • Build content from events, aiming for 5-8 assets per roundtable across various formats and audiences.
  • Own the content production workflow to ensure MyPass is found in AI-powered search and trusted by sector executives.
  • Support AEO/SEO content production targeting high-value buyer queries with a target of 5 articles per week via AI-assisted workflows.
  • Deliver to AEO strategy and activation plan, including G2 ratings, reviews, and customer proof.
  • Manage the customer stories pipeline, creating structured case studies for key clients like BHP, Woodside, Chevron, and Shell in a result-led format.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives, including LinkedIn content cadence, webinar appearances, and industry submissions.
  • Coordinate content deliverables across key themes such as AI in Workforce, Contractor Compliance, Contractor Mobilisation & Cost, Winning Work & Digital Skills Passport.
  • Execute LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including sponsored content, message ads, and retargeting campaigns targeted at ICP personas.
  • Manage Google Ads (Search and Display), including keyword strategy, ad copy testing, and landing page alignment.
  • Run always-on retargeting programs to re-engage warm audiences from events, webinars, and gated content downloads.
  • Oversee G2 and review site advertising to support AEO authority and bottom-of-funnel conversion.
  • Manage paid budget allocation and report monthly on cost per MQL, SQL, and channel-level pipeline contribution.
  • Brief and manage external agency or contractor support as needed.
  • Execute ABM programs for Tier 1 Owner Operator targets (1:1 named accounts) and Service Provider expansion (1:few cluster model).
  • Build champion enablement kits, including ROI templates, cost-of-non-compliance data, and stakeholder-specific one-pagers.
  • Manage LinkedIn targeted ads, content syndication, and always-on paid campaigns for ABM.
  • Coordinate nurture sequences in HubSpot across Safety, Finance, Procurement, and HR stakeholder personas.
  • Produce and analyze marketing performance data and optimize campaigns using HubSpot and analytics tools.
  • Maintain HubSpot campaigns, account accuracy, and inbound lead experience.
  • Oversee social media, branding, and merchandise for events.
  • Act as the primary point of contact across the business for Marketing requests.
