We're looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager, Brand & Operations to help shape the future of our brand. This isn't a traditional corporate marketing role where strategy gets handed off to someone else. This is an opportunity for someone who loves bringing ideas to life. You'll partner directly with our Vice President of Marketing to transform strategy into execution, creating compelling content, launching campaigns, supporting sales, improving marketing operations, managing projects, and building scalable processes that help our organization continue to grow. Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of progressive marketing experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience creating marketing materials using Canva (or similar platforms)
  • Experience with social media, digital marketing, and content creation
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience improving processes and building operational efficiencies
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading rebranding or organizational change initiatives
  • Marketing automation and CRM experience
  • Photography, videography, or video editing skills
  • Experience working with agencies and creative partners
  • Experience using AI tools to improve marketing productivity

Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns that support business growth
  • Coordinate initiatives across departments, agencies, and external partners
  • Support product launches and company-wide marketing initiatives
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality
  • Create sales presentations, brochures and flyers, product collateral, recruitment marketing materials, social media graphics, customer-facing communications, and digital content and brand assets
  • Create, schedule, publish, and monitor social media content
  • Execute email marketing campaigns
  • Support website and landing page content
  • Analyze engagement and recommend improvements
  • Help strengthen Gateway's digital presence across North America
  • Develop customer presentations and sales tools
  • Create promotional campaigns and product collateral
  • Support field sales teams with high-impact marketing resources
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Communications, and Operations
  • Manage marketing requests and priorities
  • Coordinate project timelines and workflows
  • Improve processes and documentation
  • Leverage AI, automation, and technology to increase efficiency
  • Build scalable marketing operations
  • Produce graphics, short-form videos, photography, presentations, recruitment marketing content, and brand storytelling assets
  • Supervise co-op students, freelance marketing partners, and future marketing coordinators
