About The Position

INEOS Automotive is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for the Americas region. This critical role will lead marketing efforts in collaboration with the central team to maximize limited resources, grow awareness, build desire, and harvest leads cost-effectively. The goal is to maintain the commitment of the US/CA Dealer network. The Americas region represents approximately 60% of Grenadier volume, making this market vital for the business's viability. The role involves managing combined local and global budgets of around $10 million, with an expectation to 'punch above our weight' as a challenger brand by leveraging the unique product and compelling owner proposition. The role currently has one direct report, with potential for growth. Seamless collaboration with the central team is essential, as the combined team is dedicated to the success of the North American market. Budget approval ultimately rests with the central team/CEO.

Requirements

  • Likely educated to first degree level (BA or equivalent).
  • Marketing Communications and Media experience in a B2C environment.
  • 5-10 years’ experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in delivering leads/sales performance.
  • Managed substantial budgets.
  • Experience co-ordinating agencies to successfully complete multiple projects.
  • Up-to-date knowledge with the latest trends and marketing best practice.
  • Creative with ability to think outside the box.
  • Commercial acumen and articulate with strong presentation skills.
  • IT literacy.
  • Proven experience with the energy and desire to rapidly develop.
  • Challenger spirit - not someone who wants to fit in; a more ‘revolutionary’ spirit.
