The Senior Director, Marketing, Americas will act as the regional leader and subject matter authority for Consumer Marketing, Insights, and Analytics across Media, Content, CRM, Websites, Consumer Insights, Marketing Analytics, and Business Analytics. This role involves defining and executing the Americas marketing strategy, providing strategic input into the product roadmap, and leading the transcreation of global brand positioning into regionally relevant, digital-first consumer experiences. The position oversees digital assets, social platforms, and website content, establishing governance and frameworks for effective marketing execution. It requires partnering with country teams to translate regional strategies into local marketing plans and driving growth through rigorous strategy, market insight, and advanced analytics. A key focus is leveraging consumer insights as a competitive advantage to enhance the consumer experience and make Goodyear easier to buy, own, and recommend.
