Overview: The Senior Marketing Campaign Manager plays a strategic and leadership role in developing, executing, and optimizing high impact campaigns that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue. Working in close collaboration with business unit leadership, Product Marketing, and other key stakeholders to design and deliver data-driven, multi-channel marketing programs. Leveraging expertise in digital and traditional marketing methods, the Senior Marketing Campaign Manager will ensure campaigns align with corporate marketing OKRs and KPIs and deliver measurable results. Duties and Responsibilities: Partner with business unit leadership, Product Marketing, and other stakeholders, to strategize, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns and programs that align with corporate goals and market demands. Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of demand generation and brand awareness campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, content marketing, email, social media, and paid media. Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, trends, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Manage campaign timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring on-time and cost-effective delivery while maximizing ROI. Collaborate across various groups, including Product Marketing, Content Hub, Corporate Communications, social media, Sales, and other related functions to ensure messaging consistency and strategic alignment. Think creatively to develop innovative ideas to attract and retain customers. Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Optimize SEO, PPC, and paid media strategies to maximize visibility, engagement, and conversion rates. Regularly report campaign performance, insights, and ROI to senior leadership and key stakeholders., Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, DemandBase, and TechTarget to enhance targeting, segmentation, and personalization efforts. Maintain agility in adapting marketing strategies based on market trends, emerging technologies, and business needs. Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures, and mission statement.
