About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Manager to join our Financial Services team. You will build and design both the architecture and marketing strategy to lead an end-to-end lifecycle marketing program for Lightspeed financial services products across the funnel - from awareness to adoption to utilization.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and implementation (required)
  • Experience building strategy and executing end-to-end lifecycle or CRM marketing programs (not just one-off campaigns)
  • Proficiency in SQL and working with data to define and activate audience segments
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data teams
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics, conversion optimization, and lifecycle performance
  • Experience with email development (HTML/CSS) and dynamic content personalization

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement always-on lifecycle journeys across key stages (awareness, eligibility, adoption, utilization, renewal)
  • Build and own the underlying lifecycle architecture, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration and data flows
  • Transition marketing from batch campaigns to trigger-based, behavior-driven messaging
  • Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to define audience segmentation, triggers, and activation strategies
  • Develop scalable personalization frameworks and reusable campaign templates to accelerate execution
  • Measure and optimize lifecycle performance across the funnel (engagement to funded to repeat usage)
  • Ensure lifecycle communications are reliable, compliant, and scalable
  • Act as the connector between marketing, technical teams, and business stakeholders
