About The Position

We're looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Assistant to support the delivery of marketing, content and creative work across our growing client portfolio. You'll work closely with the client service and production teams to turn marketing plans and briefs into high-quality deliverables. From creating Canva assets and coordinating social content to managing client folders, content calendars and day-to-day marketing tasks, you'll play an important role in keeping client work organised, on-brand and moving forward.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in marketing, content, social media or a similar role.
Strong Canva skills and a good understanding of design, layout and branding.
Experience creating and coordinating content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
Strong written English with excellent attention to spelling, grammar and detail.
Experience working with content calendars, scheduling platforms and project management systems.

Operating System: Windows 11 Home or Pro

Responsibilities

Create high-quality social media graphics, carousels, stories and digital marketing assets using Canva.
Work within established brand guidelines across multiple client accounts.
Adapt templates and creative concepts across different campaigns, platforms and format
Create presentations, marketing collateral, EDM graphics and other client assets as required.
Maintain organised Canva folders, templates and brand assets.
Ensure creative work is polished, accurate and consistently aligned with each client's brand.
Assist with planning, creating and scheduling social media content across client accounts.
Create and format social posts, captions, carousels, stories and supporting assets.
Repurpose existing video, written and long-form content into social media assets.
Maintain and update client content calendars.
Upload and schedule approved content across relevant social platforms.
Research content ideas, trends and opportunities relevant to client industries.
Proofread and quality-check content before scheduling or publishing.
Support the client service team with the day-to-day delivery of marketing activities across multiple accounts.
Coordinate briefs, feedback, approvals and outstanding actions between internal team members.
Prepare briefs for designers, videographers, editors and other production resources.
Keep project management systems, content calendars and client folders organised and up to date.
Prepare presentations, reports, documents and internal marketing materials.
Assist with client onboarding and the setup of folders, templates, brand assets and marketing systems.
Manage file organisation, ensuring final assets and working files are stored correctly.
Help identify upcoming deadlines, missing assets and outstanding tasks before they become blockers.
Manage your own workload across multiple client accounts and competing priorities.
Track assigned tasks and ensure agreed deadlines are consistently met.
Maintain accurate project statuses and communicate delays or blockers early.
Follow established agency processes while identifying opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency.
Support the wider team with marketing and administrative requirements as needed.
