About The Position

HomeWell Care Services of Lake County & The Villages is looking for a motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll support the execution of marketing initiatives, cultivate and strengthen relationships with referral partners, assist in driving business growth, and represent HomeWell as a trusted leader in compassionate home care. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Represent HomeWell professionally within the healthcare and senior care communities.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective referral sources.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for assigned service areas.
• Identify and participate in community events, networking opportunities, health fairs, and other outreach initiatives.
• Foster strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, physicians, case managers, and other referral partners.
• Manage and maintain the agency's social media platforms to increase brand awareness, community engagement, and online presence.
• Support sales and business development efforts by identifying new growth opportunities.
• Track marketing activities and maintain accurate records of referral and outreach efforts.
