This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to form actionable insights that address strategic marketing challenges and opportunities. You will provide actionable information that can improve member success and experience. You will assist leadership in establishing a long-term strategy for marketing measurement and analytics that incorporates multiple data sources across SECU systems, communications, and marketing efforts, including determining success metrics, forecasts, and driving positive revenue. You will conduct analysis to inform product and service optimization, monitor marketing effectiveness, and recommend adjustments as needed. You will publish and present periodic marketing reports and dashboards requiring data aggregation and visualization. You will create measurement briefs to outline KPIs and goal metrics as part of the creative brief process. You will partner with cross-functional teams to aggregate and analyze multiple channel data disciplines and help manage data acquisition, handling, and governance processes. You will provide ad hoc analysis, competitive information, presentations, status reports, and meeting recaps as necessary.
