About The Position

The Senior Manufacturing Systems Business Analyst bridges manufacturing operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, finance, and information technology. The role gathers, analyzes, documents, and prioritizes business and technical requirements for manufacturing systems, including Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). The analyst supports system implementations, process improvements, integrations, data governance, testing, training, and ongoing operational support. The position helps ensure manufacturing applications support product development, production planning, material control, shop-floor execution, quality processes, traceability, and business reporting. The analyst works with stakeholders to understand current and future-state processes, translate business needs into requirements and specifications, and identify process gaps and opportunities. The role supports manufacturing-system decisions and operational troubleshooting, contributes to system upgrades and integrations, and maintains traceability from business need through design, testing, and deployment. It also supports testing, deployment, user training, process documentation, master-data governance, data quality, and continuous improvement. The position operates in a cross-functional environment and may involve interaction with engineering offices, manufacturing facilities, warehouse operations, quality organizations, IT teams, and external system vendors. Periodic travel or on-site support may be required during implementations, testing, training, and production deployments. The role requires access to ITAR- and/or EAR-controlled information; applicants must meet applicable U.S. person or export-license requirements. Some positions may require current U.S. citizenship due to contract requirements.
