Senior Business Systems Analyst
About The Position
DPP is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for an opportunity with our client in the healthcare insurance industry. This is a 6-month W2 contract role, with an onsite work location in Columbia, SC. The analyst will work within Agile teams, participating in daily stand-ups and utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence for progress tracking, user story documentation, and collaboration with developers, testers, and business stakeholders. They will also contribute to team presentations, requiring strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly and in a business-oriented manner. While working under senior guidance, they are expected to take ownership of tasks, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the delivery of scalable, cloud-based analytics solutions. The role involves defining customer needs in a technical context, ensuring proposed cloud technical solutions meet objectives, and providing guidance for large cloud IT projects, contributing to both technical execution and overall initiative success.
Requirements
- Agile Product Owner or Agile Business Analyst Experience.
- Cloud hosted application experience.
- Medicare Experience.
- Jira/Confluence.
- TestRail/ALM.
- 6 years of IT business analysis experience.
Nice To Haves
- Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.
- Understanding DevOps practices and help in managing cloud-based analytics pipelines and deployments.
- Experience with version control, automated testing, and deployment of workflows.
Responsibilities
