About The Position

The Senior Business Systems Analyst analyzes business, process, and user needs; documents requirements; conducts cost/benefit analysis; and translates needs into system requirement specifications. The role handles moderately complex to complex assignments requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors, and formulates systems and objectives based on user needs and knowledge of applicable business systems and industry requirements. It devises or modifies procedures and processes to address complex problems while accounting for computing capacity, limitations, operating time, and desired results, and validates benefits achieved after solution implementation. The role begins to influence department strategy and exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches, making decisions on technical approaches for project components without direction. The analyst supports business-critical OneHome initiatives involving platform modernization, operational enhancements, production support, and regulatory changes. As a liaison between business and technology teams, the analyst translates business needs into clear requirements and helps deliver scalable solutions that achieve business objectives. The role develops deep knowledge of OneHome business processes, technology platforms, data flows, and integrations while partnering with Operations and Technology teams to drive transformation and continuous improvement. Core areas include requirements analysis and management, process optimization, testing coordination, production support, process documentation, reporting, and implementation of system enhancements.
