About The Position

MOO is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Manager to lead their production operation. This pivotal leadership role is designed to steer the entire production operation, ensuring manufacturing targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery are met and exceeded. The company is scaling operations, launching new products, and implementing cutting-edge processes. The ideal candidate is an experienced, data-driven manufacturing leader who excels at motivating teams, solving complex problems, and collaborating with engineering, supply chain, and quality departments to drive continuous improvement. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment and is passionate about building a culture of operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of manufacturing or production leadership
  • Proven success driving KPIs and improving processes
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and analytical skills
  • Experience collaborating with supply chain, engineering, and global teams
  • Clear and confident communicator at all levels
  • Ability to thrive in fast-changing, scaling environments

Nice To Haves

  • Lean certification or experience
  • Degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business
  • 5+ years owning production processes as an operations leader
  • Experience working with OEMs and external suppliers

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach supervisors and leads across three shifts, strengthening organizational performance
  • Drive KPIs in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale with a data-driven approach
  • Build workforce engagement through coaching, recognition, and professional development
  • Partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product teams to resolve challenges and improve results
  • Apply continuous improvement and Theory of Constraints to boost throughput and reduce waste
  • Manage staffing, resource allocation, and labor budgets to ensure efficiency
  • Champion safety initiatives and create a safer, more productive environment
  • Lead the seamless introduction of new products, processes, and equipment into manufacturing
  • Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize material flow and inventory
  • Partner with customer experience teams to ensure outstanding service
