About The Position

MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 400 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair. Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA Denver, CO, and East Providence, RI. We’re making new and exciting things – and we could really do with your help. Our Manufacturing team is the heart of our operations, responsible for producing best-in-class products for our customers. This multi-shift team is dedicated to excellence in safety, quality, and efficiency, working collaboratively across the business to bring new innovations to life. This is a pivotal leadership role designed to steer our entire production operation. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring we not only meet but exceed our manufacturing targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery. We are hiring this position to strengthen our leadership as we scale our operations, launch new products, and implement cutting-edge processes to maintain our competitive edge. We're looking for an experienced and data-driven manufacturing leader who excels at motivating teams and solving complex problems. You are a natural collaborator, comfortable working with engineering, supply chain, and quality departments to drive continuous improvement. Requirements

  • 5+ years of manufacturing or production leadership
  • Proven success driving KPIs and improving processes
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and analytical skills
  • Experience collaborating with supply chain, engineering, and global teams
  • Clear and confident communicator at all levels
  • Ability to thrive in fast-changing, scaling environments

Nice To Haves

  • Lean certification or experience
  • Degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business
  • 5+ years owning production processes as an operations leader
  • Experience working with OEMs and external suppliers

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach supervisors and leads across three shifts, strengthening organizational performance
  • Drive KPIs in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale with a data-driven approach
  • Build workforce engagement through coaching, recognition, and professional development
  • Partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product teams to resolve challenges and improve results
  • Apply continuous improvement and Theory of Constraints to boost throughput and reduce waste
  • Manage staffing, resource allocation, and labor budgets to ensure efficiency
  • Champion safety initiatives and create a safer, more productive environment
  • Lead the seamless introduction of new products, processes, and equipment into manufacturing
  • Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize material flow and inventory
  • Partner with customer experience teams to ensure outstanding service
