The Senior Manufacturing Business Leader is accountable for the end-to-end performance of a defined business unit within the plant, leading all aspects of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC). In this role, you will be responsible for deploying and sustaining lean operating principles and the FLIGHT DECK mindset within the value stream, developing people, standardizing processes, and driving continuous improvement to meet customer, business, and regulatory requirements. As Business Leader, you will lead components manufacturing for rotating parts supporting key engine programs including T700, F404, F414, and CF34. The position provides direct leadership to 8-12 salaried team members and has overall accountability for a total organization of up to 80 employees operating across three shifts in a unionized manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for aligning resources, building frontline leadership capability, and ensuring effective shift-to-shift execution to meet production requirements while maintaining strong labor relations, workforce engagement, and compliance with site, contractual, and regulatory expectations.
