About The Position

Specializing in credits (statutory) and/or incentives (negotiated/discretionary), this role will work with senior management and market-leading brokers across the firm on multiple and challenging footprint optimization, location strategy, and site selection engagements that contribute to the delivery of our incentives and credits services to the marketplace. This position assists clients in every stage of a transaction, from support of location strategy and site selection at inception and initial due diligence, to selling and leading the negotiation of credits and incentives for strategic cost reduction, risk mitigation, and tax-efficient transaction structuring.

Requirements

  • Specialization in statutory credits and/or negotiated/discretionary incentives.
  • Experience working with senior management and brokers.
  • Experience in footprint optimization, location strategy, and site selection engagements.
  • Ability to assist clients in all stages of a transaction.
  • Experience in initial due diligence.
  • Experience in selling and leading negotiations for credits and incentives.
