ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly-talented Senior Manager to join the Workforce Development team as the overall portfolio lead for our Workforce Development Programs (Customer Facing Associate Mobility, Catalyst, Hiring our Heroes, and Year Up United). This individual will lead a team of program managers to drive a well-managed portfolio of programs prioritizing creating exceptional associate experiences and deep strategic relationships with business partners. This individual will work closely with leaders in our businesses, External Affairs, and our broader Talent Acquisition Organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing early career talent and proven experience leading programs and processes in a well-managed way. They should be excited about building destination roadmaps and influencing strategic decisions using a data-backed approach. This role requires a solution-oriented team player who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a proven track record of great people leadership.
