The Senior Manager, US Oncology Insights & Analytics will be responsible for generating actionable insights that shape brand strategy and tactics for the US organization. This role involves leveraging primary research and secondary data across various customer segments, including healthcare professionals and consumers, to guide brand teams in making informed decisions. The position will inform brand performance, develop promotional tactics, and contribute to overall brand strategy. The Senior Manager will identify key business needs, build market research and analysis plans, assess priorities, and execute projects. This role also includes managing project budgets, vendor relationships, and informing forecasting assumptions. The Senior Manager will create reports and presentations highlighting actionable insights, business implications, and options, and will compile, analyze, and visualize findings from secondary marketing and sales data. Additionally, the role involves leading insights metrics/KPI tracking for the brand, acting as the voice of HCPs and consumers, and gathering commercial competitive intelligence to create an integrated insights picture for the brand.
