The Senior Manager, University Relations Programs & Operations leads the enterprise strategy, programs, and operations that drive L3Harris' early career talent pipeline. This role is responsible for developing and executing the university recruiting strategy for Corporate Headquarters (CHQ), overseeing enterprise university recruiting operations, leading partner school strategy, optimizing recruiting processes, driving workforce planning, and managing the enterprise internship program. Working in close partnership with executive leadership, HR, and business stakeholders, this leader will build and execute a comprehensive early career talent strategy that attracts, engages, and converts top student talent while strengthening L3Harris' employer brand across targeted universities. This highly visible role plays a critical part in building sustainable talent pipelines and positioning early career recruiting as a strategic competitive advantage for the enterprise.
