At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. This role will be hybrid at LinkedIn's Mountain View, CA campus. We are seeking a Senior Manager to be a part of our Trust Investigations team, a group of experts focused on identifying, investigating, and disrupting the most sophisticated and adversarial abuse targeting LinkedIn and its members, managing a hybrid team of technical investigators distributed across the Bay Area and remote locations throughout the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing the day-to-day operations of an investigations team embedded within cross-functional initiatives spanning Engineering, Data Science, and Product. The team operates with urgency and agility, responding to abuse incidents while proactively uncovering, analyzing, and mitigating emerging threats, including scams, abusive automation, and other high-priority trust and safety risks. The ideal candidate has experience leading security, threat intelligence, fraud, or investigations teams and translating investigative insights into scalable solutions, including detection systems, enforcement rules, and ML/AI-driven capabilities. As the team continues to leverage AI for detection, analysis, and intelligence automation, this leader will play a key role in advancing and scaling those efforts while driving impact across LinkedIn’s broader Trust organization.
