The Sr. Manager, CAG Training is responsible for leading the full CAG training organization, including direct oversight of the Operations Training Manager, TAP Program Lead, R&D Lead, Glass Field Trainers, and Changing Lanes Instructors. This role executes the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of all training programs that support CAG technicians, field operations leaders, and specialty programs including Changing Lanes and TAP. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Learning & Development, this role translates organizational strategy into executable training programs, manages a multi-function team of training professionals across field and virtual environments, and serves as the primary training leader for the CAG business line. The Sr. Manager ensures all programs are consistent, scalable, and aligned with CAG operational standards and Caliber's broader L&D direction.
