About The Position

This role provides strategic product ownership and leadership for DePuy Synthes’ Global CRM technology platforms, enabling commercial teams to better serve customers and improve business outcomes and reports into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization. The Sr. Manager, TPO Global CRM partners closely with global commercial, digital, and IT stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize capabilities, and ensure delivery of scalable, compliant, and high‑value CRM solutions across regions. The role has a significant impact on how DePuy Synthes serves customers globally, drives business growth, and supports commercial excellence through technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field).
  • 8-10 years of experience in technology product ownership or product management within enterprise IT environments.
  • Strong background supporting commercial or customer‑facing technologies, including SalesForce.com CRM platforms.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into prioritized technology solutions.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders across regions and cultures.
  • Solid understanding of system integration, data, and enterprise application landscapes.
  • Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills at senior levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or Master’s) preferred.
  • Experience supporting global Salesforce.com implementations in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Familiarity with Agile or product‑based delivery models.
  • Experience working with external technology vendors and system integrators.
  • Exposure to regulated industries such as medical devices or life sciences.
  • Product management, Agile, or SFDC‑related certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the global CRM product strategy and roadmap, aligned to commercial priorities and business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary product owner for CRM platforms, translating business needs into clear product requirements and backlog priorities.
  • Partner with global and regional commercial stakeholders to ensure CRM capabilities support sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and analytics needs, and integrations with broader commercial functions (marketing automation, customer data)
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration with IT delivery teams, vendors, and architects to ensure high‑quality, on‑time product delivery.
  • Govern product lifecycle management, including enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and decommissioning activities.
  • Ensure CRM solutions comply with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements across global markets.
  • Track product performance and adoption, using insights to drive continuous improvement and value realization.
  • Provide leadership and guidance within the Commercial Technology organization, modeling strong product ownership and stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead the application of AI, advanced analytics, and automation to modernize commercial platforms, enhancing customer engagement, pricing and revenue optimization, and data‑driven decision‑making while driving scalable and compliant commercial execution across sales, marketing, and customer operations.
