Position Summary Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Operations, the Global CRM Administrator manages and enhances Heraeus Medevio’s CRM system (Salesforce.com including selected add-on software). This includes monitoring and automating CRM functionality, providing user training, ensuring data integrity, and supporting CRM-based reporting. The Global CRM Administrator also serves as a member in sales-driven enhancement projects and as a backup key-user for other sales tools at Heraeus Medevio. This is a hybrid position that can be based out of either the Fridley or White Bear Lake, MN locations, and may require the ability to move between both sites as needed.
