Backed by prominent venture capital firms, Inspira is seeking a CRM Administrator to join their expanding CRM operations team. This role is crucial for scaling and strengthening systems and processes, partnering closely with CRM leadership and collaborating with marketing, sales, and student success teams to drive global growth. The administrator will support and enhance CRM operations by improving workflows, refining processes, and ensuring systems evolve with the business. This hands-on role involves working with HubSpot to enable DTC sales motions, reporting, and day-to-day execution. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, playing a key role in scaling Inspira’s revenue funnel through process improvements, enabling teams with tools and data, and contributing to business insights. A detail-oriented, proactive individual with a strong bias toward action, problem-solving, and continuous improvement is sought. This position requires a 5-day a week in-office presence in Gramercy.
