The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of required product s , services and intelligence solutions to government customers. This role requires expertise in program management, a solid understanding of the range of functions to achieve th e mission with at least 10 years of experience working in the Intelligence Community. Th is role will oversee all aspects of program management/ execution, including planning, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, and performance. The Program Manager is responsible for , but not limited to: Program Leadership Lead s uccessful technical, schedule, and cost performance of a major program, or multiple programs, through subordinate program/project managers, in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Acquir e follow-on business associated with areas of responsibility and support new business development , to include on contract growth. Lead the program portfolio , ensuring alignment with customer objectives and mission requirements. Develop and execute program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management. Ensure compliance with government policies, standards, and security requirements. Manag e and is responsible for all phases of program (s) budget . Monitor contracts, subcontracts, and funding; prepare and manage forecasts for program financial performance .
