We are seeking a highly analytical, operationally driven, and strategically minded Senior Manager, Process Improvement - Business Integration to lead transformational initiatives across eCommerce Fulfillment Transformation. This role will help reimagine how technology, process optimization, and execution empower associates within the eCommerce Fulfillment environment. The ideal candidate brings a unique blend of board-level communication and writing skills, financial planning and analysis, advanced financial modeling, business intelligence, process improvement, and cross-functional execution experience. This leader will partner closely with the broader eCommerce organization, operations, product, engineering, finance, and field stakeholders to support the design, implementation, and scaling of innovative technologies and operational capabilities. As part of the core strategy team, you will represent business priorities throughout the technology lifecycle while leading initiatives focused on operational efficiency, automation enablement, performance management, and scalable process integration. The role requires the ability to synthesize complex operational and financial data into clear executive-level narratives, develop business cases and investment models, and influence senior leadership through concise, data-driven recommendations. This position demands a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical rigor, strong executive presence, superior written and verbal communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to lead through complexity while driving measurable business outcomes. This is an onsite role based in Bentonville, Arkansas. Anticipated travel for this role will be around 10%.
