About the Team The Offer Listing Quality and Exposure team focuses on improving quality of offers and how they are surfaced to customers. We design and enable the tools, frameworks, and experiences that empower sellers to provide competitive pricing while maintaining a healthy ecosystem. Our work spans business strategy, product development, data science, and engineering to drive long-term marketplace excellence. What you'll do... Lead strategic initiatives focused on improving price competitiveness across the marketplace. Define and drive the roadmap for seller-facing pricing tools and capabilities. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams to translate strategic objectives into scalable solutions. Use structured, data-driven problem solving to identify opportunities and quantify impact. Influence cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities and drive execution. Monitor performance metrics and continuously refine strategies to improve competitiveness and seller adoption. Depending on scope, lead and develop high-performing talent or operate as an individual strategic leader driving enterprise-wide initiatives. Requirements

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business,information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience inproject management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 7–10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, product strategy, business operations, analytics, ecommerce, marketplaces, or related fields.
  • Experience at a top-tier consulting firm or in a highly analytical, strategy-focused role preferred.
  • MBA from a top-tier institution preferred.
  • Strong analytical toolkit (experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Assertive, adaptable, and proactive in navigating ambiguity.
  • Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
