About The Position

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Walmart Marketplace's global pre-purchase delivery experience portfolio. As a Senior Manager, you will define long-term business strategy, influence executive decision-making, and lead cross-functional teams to build scalable delivery promise and speed capabilities that improve seller success and customer confidence. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Data Science, Finance, and external logistics providers to solve complex business challenges, accelerate global Marketplace growth, and deliver innovative pre-purchase capabilities that strengthen Walmart's competitive advantage. The Marketplace Seller Fulfillment Solutions (SFS) team provides customers a broad assortment of selection from third party sellers who fulfill on their own. Our team is comprised of motivated professionals who look for opportunities to create the best possible customer and seller experiences. SFS spans across multiple functional areas to achieve this excellence including pre purchase, post purchase, and returns.

Requirements

Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in eCommerce, customer experience, transportation, logistics, or supply chain.
Strong strategic leadership with the ability to translate vision into measurable business outcomes.
Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership.
Deep analytical and financial acumen with a track record of using data to shape strategy and investment decisions.
Demonstrated success operating in ambiguous environments, balancing competing priorities, and delivering results through influence rather than direct authority.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
OR 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
Knowledge of accessibility best practices and joining us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for global pre-purchase delivery experience initiatives, including delivery promise, expedited delivery, and speed programs.
Lead complex cross-functional programs by aligning business, product, engineering, operations, and data science teams around shared objectives.
Develop scalable capabilities that improve delivery transparency, customer confidence, seller performance, and Marketplace growth.
Leverage data, market insights, and financial analysis to prioritize investments, manage risk, and influence executive decisions.
Build organizational alignment and operational rigor to successfully deliver complex, multi-quarter initiatives.
