As the Senior Manager, Technology Operations, you will lead and optimize technology initiatives that drive operational excellence across the organization. This role requires strategic oversight of technology strategies, program and financial management, and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. You will be responsible for enhancing performance metrics, fostering strong relationships, and guiding teams through effective decision-making and scenario planning. Your leadership will be instrumental in advancing organizational strategy and operational efficiency within a dynamic and evolving technology environment. The team empowers sellers of all sizes to succeed on Walmart Marketplace by delivering scalable, efficient fulfillment solutions. Requirements
- Extensive experience in program and financial management within technology operations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement technology strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills to influence cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in business operations, decision making, and scenario planning to drive performance improvements.
- Excellent communication skills for clear and effective business collaboration and reporting.
- Demonstrated accountability and ability to provide constructive feedback to enhance team outcomes.
- Proficiency in defining and monitoring performance metrics to support organizational strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- 2 years’ supervisory experience.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- Experience in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices and joining us to continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
