Requirements

  • Extensive experience in program and financial management within technology operations.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement technology strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in business operations, decision making, and scenario planning to drive performance improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear and effective business collaboration and reporting.
  • Demonstrated accountability and ability to provide constructive feedback to enhance team outcomes.
  • Proficiency in defining and monitoring performance metrics to support organizational strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Experience in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
