Requirements
- CPA required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- Strong leadership, client management, and technical accounting skills
- Experience managing engagements and developing teams
Nice To Haves
- Experience with QuickBooks, UltraTax, and AdvanceFlow preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership across tax, audit, and accounting engagements
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and mentor to staff
- Lead and review complex tax, audit, and accounting engagements
- Build strong client relationships and provide strategic business guidance
- Mentor and develop high-performing accounting professionals
- Drive operational improvements and support firm growth initiatives
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, auditing standards, and professional best practices
