About The Position

Spectrum Accounting is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage client accounting work, provide financial insight, and support tax services for small businesses. Flexible work arrangements may be available with management approval. The position offers compensation based on qualifications and experience, with discretionary performance-based incentive and bonus opportunities. Advancement depends on demonstrated readiness and firm needs, not a promised timeline. Employment is contingent on satisfactory pre-employment background check and drug screening results, where permitted by law. Spectrum Accounting is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
