About The Position

Richemont, a global luxury goods conglomerate, is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Corporate & Early Career for its Cartier brand. This role is pivotal in executing recruitment strategies and enhancing the candidate experience for both boutique and corporate positions. The position involves screening candidates, collaborating with HR and hiring managers, providing market insights, and building talent pipelines. The responsibilities cover the full recruitment lifecycle, emphasizing networking, relationship building, and creating positive candidate experiences aligned with the company's talent principles. The ideal candidate will share a passion for people and their potential.

Requirements

  • Recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, including prioritizing and leading multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with Maisons, functions, external contacts, and third-party partners.
  • 7+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment, including corporate, field, and temporary roles.
  • Ability to manage a high requisition count (20+), while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and internal clients.
  • Corporate recruitment experience with an emphasis on high-volume recruitment preferred.
  • Must love to work as a team - sharing resources, energy, and candidates.
  • Results-oriented with a strong track record of quality execution; continually striving for improvement and efficiency.
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Comfortable working proactively in a challenging environment and capable of prioritization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, especially pertaining to business presentations, vendor relationships, negotiations, internal/external communications.
  • Solid experience with various HR and talent systems, professional networks, reference sites (e.g., Workday, PeopleFirst, LinkedIn, Glassdoor), and other social media is essential.
  • End-to-end project management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand vacancies, share pipeline profiles, define interview cadence, and provide labor market intelligence.
  • Interview potential candidates against position-specific competencies and behaviors, conduct exploratory calls, and build relationships with referrals, acting as a brand ambassador.
  • Provide hiring managers with a diverse and timely shortlist of candidates.
  • Establish and maintain a high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Proactively build talent pipelines using ATS, social media, job boards, and market mapping, including outreach to passive candidates.
  • Understand and communicate labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Identify and recommend innovative recruitment initiatives, best practices, and digital enhancements.
  • Lead candidate generation and direct active sourcing and recruiting using various search tools and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, create interview matrices, provide market feedback, and communicate updates.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to enhance service delivery to internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition & Talent Management Director and VP of Talent to create recruitment strategies.
  • Participate in staffing committees and talent sharing meetings to identify strong candidates and facilitate talent exchanges.
  • Facilitate and manage external vendor contracts and engagements for key searches.
  • Contribute to global/HQ initiatives by partnering with talent colleagues across Maisons and regions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, local high schools, colleges, trade schools, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure candidates are properly onboarded through close partnership with HR generalists and hiring managers.
  • Create unique digital job ads for social media.
  • Coordinate and attend local job/college fairs, and network in the community to ensure a pipeline of candidates.
  • Track and communicate interviews, placements, retention, and agency submissions/spend.
  • Utilize and maintain the ATS, providing detailed notes and submissions, facilitating the hiring process, and building talent pools.
  • Present to executives and senior leadership on recruitment activity and labor market intelligence.
  • Design, implement, and manage early career programs, including the Summer Internship Program, aligning them with Cartier’s goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with target universities for talent pipeline development and manage key external partnerships for early career initiatives.
  • Drive inclusive strategies for early career and university programming, ensuring diverse candidate slates and fostering partnerships with organizations like College Track and Laureus.
  • Lead branding initiatives to attract top talent, develop compelling content for career sites and social media, and manage communications for early career programs.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and mentorship for early career talent, track program ROI and KPIs, and provide post-program evaluations and recommendations.
