About The Position

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning & Operations establishes and manages end-to-end processes that convert commercial demand and accepted orders into executable supply, material, inventory, production, and inbound logistics plans. The role integrates forecasts, bills of material, supplier lead times, inventory, labor capacity, engineering and technology milestones, and production readiness to support customer commitments while balancing service, cash, inventory, and supply risk. The position leads planning, procurement, supplier coordination, and inventory management activities while developing scalable processes, operating controls, and team capabilities for a growing production-oriented business. The role owns the integrated supply schedule and ready-for-loading commitments, incorporating Manufacturing’s labor-capacity inputs and Engineering and Technology deliverables, software readiness, provisioning milestones, and customer priorities. Manufacturing retains ownership of labor planning, daily work assignment, and production execution; Engineering and Technology retain ownership of their respective deliverables. The position also establishes inventory and purchasing controls, leads cross-functional planning reviews, and builds the planning and supply chain team.
