About The Position

IREN is a leading AI Cloud Service Provider delivering large-scale GPU clusters for AI training and inference. Its vertically integrated platform is supported by grid-connected land and data centers in renewable-rich regions across the U.S. and Canada. The Senior Manager, Supplier Performance and Governance owns the development and operation of IREN’s HPC supply chain frameworks for supplier performance and supply chain governance. This individual contributor designs the supplier performance framework, including Executive and Supplier Business Reviews, the quality audit framework and review cadence, and supplier metrics and scorecards used by sourcing teams. The role also owns supply chain governance metrics and partners with Supply Chain Business Operations to document organizational processes and procedures. The position works alongside the Supply Chain Market Intelligence and Risk Manager within the Governance, Risk and Intelligence pillar and collaborates with Technical Sourcing, Hardware Procurement, Planning, Quality Engineering, Finance and Analytics to implement the frameworks. It also partners with Data Engineering and Systems SMEs to develop reporting tools, dashboards and AI-based solutions related to risk, market intelligence and cost. Pre-employment screening, including a background check and substance testing, may be required under company policies.
