ICF's Disaster Management Division seeks a Senior Manager, Strategic Resilience, who will support clients in implementing federally- and state-funded grant projects, specifically in the energy sector. This position is Remote in the United States with travel. Must have experience focused on FEMA-funded mitigation, energy infrastructure modernization, and/or resilience/sustainability in these areas. The Senior Manager will work with ICF staff and our clients to deliver grant and program management support across opportunities funded by federal and state agencies including the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Department of Energy (DOE), Department of Transportation, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Department of Commerce. The successful candidate will be charged with the flawless execution of programs, anticipating and meeting client’s needs, and strategically positioning the company’s resources and expertise to grow the business. The ideal candidate will be a proven expert with a track record of superior execution and growth and will be responsible for ensuring that programs are positioned to optimize grant resource allocation, build strong solutions to impacted areas, and provide strong risk management. The candidate should be familiar with the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and successful implementation of innovation and resilience strategies.
