As Senior Manager of Strategic Client Communications, you’ll lead the development and execution of communication strategies that enhance customer service, foster loyalty, and support our business objectives. We are seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Senior Manager of Strategic Client Communications to provide executive counsel as well as lead our efforts in building and maintaining strong internal client relationships. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing communication plans to deliver communications in a consistent fashion, are measured against key performance metrics and support our brand as well as our overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of strategic brand communications, a track record of speech writing and executive thought leadership development, strong focus on measurement customer experience, and have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
