The Senior Manager, Strategic Campaign Execution & Transformation is responsible for the design, build, and implementation of strategic customer engagement capabilities within Customer Contact Effectiveness. This role translates strategic priorities into scalable omni-channel customer engagement solutions across customer journeys, Next Best Offer (NBO), personalization, and Customer Contact Transformation (CCT). Working closely with Marketing, Digital Commerce, Product, Technology, Analytics, Campaign Operations, and Campaign Measurement, this role ensures new capabilities are designed for scale, operational readiness, governance, and long-term sustainability. The successful candidate brings strong execution, strategic thinking, technical curiosity, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
